Serving the community is extremely important. Let us not to forget that, while we all wish to have fast and fair reviewers and editors for our manuscripts, we also must provide the same service to other authors. It would be fair if, for each submission, each author would agree to review 2-3 submissions to the same journal, and would agree to serve as an editor for the journals where he publishes the most.
