The 4EU+ European University Alliance brings together six comprehensive, research-intensive, public universities from four regions of Europe to strengthen the European vision of deepened cooperation and mutual enrichment by developing a new quality of cooperation in teaching, education, research and administration, leading to the creation of a truly integrated European University System.
Members of the alliance are:
– Charles University (Prague, Czech Republic)
– University of Warsaw (Poland)
– University of Milan (Italy)
– Sorbonne University (Paris, France)
– University of Copenhagen (Denmark)
– Heidelberg University (Germany)
For the upcoming semester, these universities organise a number of online courses that can be attended by students from universities belonging to the alliance. So, if you study at any of the aforementioned institutions, please check the list of available courses and contact your International Relations office. Once your home university will approve your enrolment, you will be able to attend the lectures and take examinations as if you were an Erasmus student, and be awarded ECTS credits for your university career.
The list of courses offered by Charles University can be found here. Among them, I will teach “Soil Mechanics II” (7 credits) and “Grand Challenges in Engineering Geology” (5 credits). My courses are open to students of any level (BSc, MSc, PhD).
